Because our pieces are handcrafted and use natural materials, no two items are exactly the same.

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
For made-to-order or customized pieces, processing time may take a little longer. Estimated timelines are noted on each product page.

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
